Operations Manager

Alyssa Quiroz

Starting as Department Coordinator, Alyssa was quickly elevated to oversee operations. This move recognized her focus on managing all logistics of content delivery to TV channels and streaming platforms worldwide, as well as coordinating with our many independent production partners. Alyssa also manages various projects including updating content catalogs, rights management systems, and supporting marketing projects as needed. 

SVP & GM, Content Licensing

Daniel Boluarte

Daniel oversees all aspects of driving content distribution revenue through license deals, commissions, pre-sales, co-production, and strategic partnerships to creatively finance new projects. Daniel is also responsible for acquiring finished content to refresh Principal’s ever growing catalog. Prior to Principal Media, Daniel managed acquisitions for Shine International.

Danielle Dickerson

After a summer internship, the company immediately recognized Danielle’s talents and asked her to join the team. She’s taken on a multitude of initiatives, most significantly supporting the acquisitions team by scouting and helping to secure valuable content, enhancing social media presence, updating the website, and countless other tasks.

Chief Financial Officer

David Stenslien

David is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations.  Prior to joining Principal Media, David worked for 13 years at del Pacifico Accounting Services, Inc.  In that role, David’s clients included individuals and businesses in the media and entertainment industry. 

Chief Executive Officer

Gary Rosenson

As a seasoned TV executive, Gary Rosenson has been responsible for overseeing every aspect of independent entertainment companies including content financing, development, production, distribution, marketing, and overall strategy. Gary’s industry expertise and innovation has been recognized via TV & film speaking engagements including SXSW 2024, appearances in the NY Times, Wall St. Journal, and CNN, and multiple trade marketing awards.


Kali Turja

Kali is a seasoned digital distribution exec, skilled in content lifecycle strategy, developing relationships, and finding opportunities to license content on AVOD, FAST, and other streaming and traditional channel platforms. She was most recently Head of Digital Sales at Cineverse, and before that was at Disney and Deluxe as a key member of the teams driving revenue via EST, VOD, and PPV.


Pamela Popp

Pamela has over 25 years of experience in operations, distribution services, rights management and post-production. She has been responsible for the ops divisions of several organizations including Miramax, Crackle, Sonar, 1091 and Screen Media. At Participant Media, she restructured the operations infrastructure, and led Netflix’s original film operations team supporting a vast slate of originally produced content.

Sr. Advisor, Scripted Television

Robert Vaughn

Rob is an accomplished writer, director and producer who has worked on over 30 films including Wild Horses for HBO, Twins for Showtime under Director Renny Harlin, and prestige feature adaptations including Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Bombay Dreams and Stephen King’s The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon. Rob has been nominated for his work by the Director’s Guild of Canada, and most recently earned recognition at several North American film festivals for helming This Time.
